This Head Stud Kit from ARP for the Mitsubishi 4G63 6 Bolt Engine is highly recommended for all applications. These Head Studs are made from 8740 Chrome Moly and are designed specifically for the 4G63 6 Bolt Engine. They use an Undercut Shank design which more evenly distributes the clamping load throughout the length of the stud and is prefered by most engine builders.These head studs will not fit the later model 4G63 / 4G64 7 Bolt Engines as they use a different size stud.
