4.6L / 5.4L 2V PI N/A Race Cams
For 4.6L Applications all of these cams require intake valve notching of the pistons. Cams larger than Stage 5 will require exhaust valve notching as well. Aftermarket springs are required at this point. Street / Strip and Race Only Engines trying to shift no higher than 7000-7500RPM should use the OEM plastic PI intake with these cams. The best power gains will be found with either the Edelbrock, Logan, or TFS intake with these cams, but the RPM will start getting up there.
